Berlin’s small dogs face public transport clampdown

If you’re hoping for a quiet commute to work, you’re unlikely to be a fan of small yappy dogs on the metro. Soon Berlin’s tubes and buses will become a barking-free zone, as new rules come into force for customers travelling with their pet pooch. As of January 1 all small dogs should have been wearing a muzzle — although a current grace period is being tolerated. The rules, which already apply to big dogs, are about improving passenger safety. A natural sound version of an AFPTV report.
