Do you just accept the cultural difference?

i’ve noticed the bike paths are not as "soiled". that would explain it.

    yup, I do accept the differences. They come from a different background, and to them dogs are nothing but food.

    Not accept it but tolerate it if the law said I had to and maybe agitate to get the law changed.
    Reverse colonisation is as bad as colonisation itself in the sense that it destroys the host country’s culture.

    Are you implying that if they run out of food at a BBQ – they just toss Fluffy on the fire? Other cultures may eat dogs, but not their pets
