All of my friends have told met that their dogs like their dads best in the family. Why?
I’ve never known that to be the case. Dogs get most attached to the person who is their main care-giver; the person who feeds, grooms, walks, trains and plays with them the most. So the only way they’d get most attached to the dad is if that’s who spent the most time doing things with them.
Imagine a "vet" who doesn’t even know how to spell and actually expecting anyone at all to believe they’re a vet!
well sometimes the dogs get attached to one person in the house hold. with my family when i was a child we had two dogs. My pug was attached to my Step-dad, and my shitshzu was attacked to my mom. it just varies on the personality of the animals and the person!

It’s not necessarily always the dad. It’s the person who spends the most time with the dog and takes care of it the best.

Not true. We have two Pitts male and female. The male hangs with my wife and the female with me. If only one of us is there they both hang with that one.

Thats not always true, I have two dogs one male and one female they both prefer me, most times its who care for them, sometimes they just take a liking to a specific person.I had one female who preferred my mother even though I play, train (in her older years), groomed, spent the most quality time with and occasionally feed (When someone hadn’t already feed her)
