The pup is 11 weeks old.
Your mother must be over 30.
I recommend for her reading ANYTHING on dogs in general and little less of Oprah.

>> Chocolate made for humans is poisonous to our four legged friends ~ Could be very dangerous to feed your dog choc.
Someone I knew had a small child who fed their dog easter egg choc. & the poor dog had to be put down. There is a chemical in choc. that is not suitable for dogs. (cant recall the name of chemical off top of my head)
>> There is an alternative though. ‘Doggy Chocs’ are a specially made choc treat for dogs…Can be bought from your vet. or maybe a cheaper alternative can be bought from supermarkets. Hope this helps. Ciao!

I have a Golden Retriever and i have never ever have givin
my dog choclate beause i think it will get sick and i wouldn’t want to take that chance if she does get sick.
So , i wouldn’t think you should let your mum give choclate to your dog but it is all up to you if you want to give your dog choclate but i think you shouldn’t just in case if your dog does get sick!
GOOD LUCK!

Yes, consuming over certain amount of chocolate can kill dogs. For the safe side, tell your mom that don’t give chocolate to dogs.
