How do you know if your dogs sick?

Well,my dog, feild spaniel. I think is sick. His stomaches making sounds(hes fed) his nose is really dry,I am worried about him.

The more obvious signs:

Dripping nose
Diarrhea
Throwing up
Coughing/hacking

Not so obvious signs
Lethargy
Fever
Listlessness
Sudden change in behaviour or activity level

A dry nose is not a symptom. Many dogs’ noses fluxuate between dry and moist, it is normal. And if your dogs stomach is gurgling after he eats…then he is just digestion.

It sounds like he is fine.

The main sign usually is the dry nose. Your dog’s stomach can just be making noises weather it is fed or not.
