hi my dogs were boarded for 4 days and now they are home and sneezing away! My golden is really itchy around her nose and mouth. Her lips are turning pink. My lab is just sneezing. Is there anything I can do to help them or do they need to go see the vet? Thanks
I would be at the vet already!! Please take them asap. Who knows what this kennel is doing or rather not doing right!! After the vet visit go back to the kennel and have a chatt with them about your finding. Good Luck

Sounds like they need to see a vet. Boarding can expose them to several things, and until you know the problem, you can’t go about trying to treat it from home.
Better safe than sorry.

Take them to the vet. They might be allergic to something. But, you shouldn’t just try to give them anything or do anything on your own without a little help from the vet. They’ll be fine.

I agree with the others talk to a vet and also I know my dog has allergies and I have to give him these derma cap things and before he was on them he would itch his eyes and sneeze just like we do and he also itched A LOT almost as if he had fleas and after a week of him being on the derma caps he looked and acted much better!
Hope this helps and you doggy gets better!

Did they have a recent (within 6 months) vaccination for Bordatella (kennel cough)?
Should always do this before boarding your dogs – if not, take them to the vet, that’s probably what they picked up from other dogs.

I got my puppy from a shelter and he had kennel cough, coughing/sneezing/green snot..really gross! but the vet said unless they have a fever (which he didn’t) it will go away eventually which it did in a matter of a week. But it might be something else so to be on the safe side i would call or take them to the vet!

I would probly monitor the dogs for the next couple of days. If the sympthoms do not go away by then. I would probly take them in to see the vet. it could be woofing cough.
On the other hand there are alot of allergies right now. My dogs sneez alot its just that time of year. Good luch to you.
